Duct System & Heat Pump
“Ritchie Norriss did some work for us in our Nelson house, where we installed a mini duct system for heating and cooling and changed the position of an existing heat pump. It was a relatively minor job for a builder, but it required the construction of a new door in the roof as well as coordination between different traders (joiners, plasterers, plumbers, electrician, decorator, heat pump installer). We had previously had some negative building experience involving endless delays and badly executed craftmanship in our former home, so we were a bit nervous about the process. However, all went very well and smoothly, it was timely organised and tidily executed with excellent results. Communication was precise and efficient throughout the process.
